OLBD
Operation Little Black Dress
An accountability group for ladies (and gentlemen) who want to look and feel their best. By following a 'clean' diet for 5 days and sweating for 30 minutes, you will learn good and sustainable habits that can translate into a happier, healthier lifestyle.
Variety in your diet is important, but that doesn’t mean that you have to kill yourself in the kitchen. You will be provided with sample menus, meals, and shopping lists. Rotating these easy meals as it’s convenient for you – you can choose to do several days of the same meal in a row, or change it up – whatever works for you!
PLUS an exclusive online accountability group on facebook.

SHAKEOLOGY
Darin Olien, the creator of Shakeology, has searched the world for the purest vitamins, minerals, and superfoods to formulate into the most complete meal of the day. Shakeology is not your average “protein shake”. Although one serving does include 18 grams of protein, it contains 69 other superfoods and nutrients. Some of these superfoods, which you’ve probably never heard of before, are now packaged in a delicious, low-calorie, and nutrient rich blend.
While Shakeology is delicious on it’s own (just add milk or water), customers have submitted some of their favorite ways to prepare it. Feel free to try one of these popular recipes or create your own favorite concoction. (Just remember that adding ingredients does increase calorie count)
