The best way to earn trust is to provide value with nothing in return.
That's what Clean Eating Challenges are all about.
Helping people get results, experience the community, and see the value of YOU as their coach.

These groups can be run HOWEVER you want but this is a template that has worked for Team Titanium.
We provide a Shopping List, Meal Plan, Recipes, and Support.

We motivate with daily posts and encourage engagement to create a supportive community.

Promoting Your Challenge

One of Beachbody's THREE VITAL BEHAVIORS is "Invite, Invite, Invite" and there's no easier way to do that, then to offer something that is completely FREE.

Promoting your challenge will be two-fold: posting attention-grabbing things on Social Media and reaching out to individuals and personally inviting them.

Here are some examples of successful posts that have worked for other coaches (make sure you personalize):

Shopping Lists and Menus

Providing challengers with a meal plan has proven to be a HUGE value to many of them. While we hope that over time you will create your own (and share them with us so everyone can share yours) it is time consuming and can be overwhelming as you're just getting started. So attached you will find a few versions that you can use in your groups.

We usually post Shopping Lists on Saturday and the first Meal Plans on Sunday. The way the group gets the best engagement is by posting the Meal Plan/Recipes one day in advance (Post Monday's Menu on Sunday, Tuesday's Menu on Monday, etc) to encourage engagment. Using Hootsuite will HUGELY help with management of that.

Use a Scroll-Stopping Graphic (I create all of mine using Canva with a text that invites people to join you (tweak example below to fit your voice):

Setting up your Facebook Group

If you're not familiar with setting up a Facebook Group, check out the FAQ here.
Choose a name, something that fits your target audience and YOUR personality.

Download Hootsuite (to schedule your daily posts) and add a Cover Photo, Group Description and get your Rules and Expectations loaded before you begin adding people into the group. This will start them off on the right foot.

When you new members, tag them in that post so that they're sure to see it and know what to expect.

Sample Group Description: An accountability group for ladies (and gentlemen) who want to look and feel their best. By following a 'clean' diet for 5 days and sweating for 30 minutes, you will learn good and sustainable habits that can translate into a happier, healthier lifestyle.

Sample Group Requirements Post:

Requirements for the group are as follows:

1. Follow the menu provided (tweak/modify where necessary).

2. Sweat for 30 minutes/day.

3. Participate in this group DAILY and have fun!

The way this group will work is that meals will be posted one-day in advance. You will be kept in the group as long as you are participating daily (posting, commenting, responding to the daily accountability post, etc). Go MIA for two days and I'm going to remove you (sorry, but it's a free group so I get to make the rules).

I'm so excited you're here!

Daily Posts and Engagement

You're more than welcome to come up with your own wording, images, etc. for your daily posts but this is a template pulled directly from one of my Clean Eating groups so you could see exactly what I posted each day:

Saturday (post in the early morning)

WELCOME! Comment below and introduce yourself.

1. Tell us a little about yourself, your family and your hobbies.

2. What are you hoping to achieve in this week of focus?

Shopping List will be posted later today so that you have time to shop today or tomorrow.

Saturday (post in the late morning):

*Post the shopping list* If you have any questions or need replacements for particular ingredients, please comment below. Monday's meal plan will be posted tomorrow - can't wait for a great week.

Sunday:

I hope you enjoyed your weekend; I'm going to strongly urge you to take a "before picture" tonight so that you can track your progress throughout the week (scales help, but I much prefer to focus on other measures). You don't have to share it with me (although I love seeing side-by-sides at the end of the week) but take it, even if it's just for you.

Monday:

Part of the requirement in this group is to sweat 30 min each day.
Comment below and tell me what you did or are planning to do to get sweaty today.

Tuesday:

What is your favorite healthy food?

What is one things that you just won't touch?

Wednesday:

It's Wet Wednesday. Today your challenge is to drink 1 gallon of water. That equates to 128 ounces. Comment below with your progress throughout the day.

*for an added challenge, each time you empty your bladder do 5 squats... they'll add up*

Thursday:

Sometimes the hardest/easiest part of sticking to a meal plan is people around you.

Who is your biggest supporter? Who would you love to see joining Operation Little Black Dress?

Friday:

If you were at your ultimate goal weight/physique right now what piece of clothing you buy/wear?

Saturday:

The week just flew by, hope you plan to enjoy your weekend, while sticking to your clean eating. I'd love for you to share you experience with this group so that I can help even more people get plugged in. Here's a sample post that you could use on your social media:

"Just finished Insert Name of Your Group (5 days of clean eating) and I feel great! This week I _______________ because of this group and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a lil accountability and help with nutrition. Comment below and Insert Your Name or myself will reach out to you for the next group starting soon."

(tweak as you see fit and fill in that blank with a genuine success that you had because of the group) THANKS!

I'll be reaching out to each of you this coming week to see how I can support you moving forward - get you plugged into another challenge group or connect you with a program that I can help you follow. Hoping we can keep the momentum going!!

What's Next?

After the group has concluded, it's important to check in with their participants to see what they want to do next. Here's the options I recommend giving them:

1. Referrals - Ask for them to recommend friends or family who might like to get involved in a group like this and ask them to refer those friends to you via a facebook group message.

2. Continue in a Challenge group - have a conversation with them to see if they are interested in purchasing a program or just doing the 30 day trial of the Club Membership which will give them access to the Beachbody OnDemand - advise them and send them you personalized link accordingly

3. Become a VIP Member - This would be something to offer to anyone who wants to purchase a challenge pack. I always offer the option of becoming a coach when the purchase (the $40 is rolled into the price of their Challenge Pack so it's the exact same price) and they'll recieve 25% off any future purchases.
