You're a COACH. Welcome to Team Titanium! 

Your First Week as a Beachbody Coach

Your first 5 days as a Beachbody Coach can be overwhelming, so I created this simple list that may help you get the most important things done first, so you’ll be well on your way to take advantage of this amazing opportunity!

 

DAY 0: 

 

DAY 1:

  • Learn how to navigate your Coach Online Office.

  • Download the 7 Day Quickstart and watch this video on how to use it right away (there are a few additional sections that have been added since Coach Caleb made this video, look it over and reach out to your Sponsor Coach with any questions).

  • Determine your WHY: why did you become a Beachbody Coach?  Write this down and keep it handy.

 

DAY 2:

  • Schedule a Coach Call with your Sponsor Coach so we can talk about your goals, your ideas, and get your questions answered quickly.

  • Listen to this short audio from Jim Rohn on Building a Successful Network Marketing Business. It’s the most crucial step for this week.

  • Join the Team Titanium - Coach Connection Facebook Page – where our downline Coaches gather for community and support

 

EMERALD: 

    1. Your first "rank" to achieve is Emerald. Watch This Video for more info.

    2. You do this by helping two people Join your Team as coaches. 

    3. Place one on each leg to achieve Emerald Rank.  This is the first step to unlocking the "business opportunity".

    4. Many people talk to family and friends about the coaching opportunity first, this is not only a great way to kickstart your business but

    also helps people you care about get happier and healthier. 

    5. Once you hit Emerald, you unlock the option for a small group mentorship to help you get your business going with The Two Champs. 

(I'm interjecting this between Day 2 and 3 because I want you to start thinking RIGHT NOW about this first rank advancement, I challenge you to reach Emerald by the end of your first week - it's just two people) 

 

DAY 3:

  • Choose a start date, 1-2 weeks out, for your first FREE Clean Eating Group (training material’s on your 7 day Quickstart guide).

  • Create a Name and a Facebook Group for your Clean Eating Group, people in this group can be doing whatever type of exercise that they want (recommended = 30 min/day) but will be provided with a Shopping List, Meal Plan, and motivational posts.

  • See this one as an example:  Titanium Thanks & Planks Lifestyle Challenge (request to join so you can see inside the group)

  • Download Hootsuite so that you will be able to pre-schedule your daily fitness coaching posts for your Beachbody Challenge Group (each program has a Weekly Coaching Guide (example here), find all of the Guides by logging in to your Coach Online Office + Sales and Marketing + Beachbody Challenge + Beachbody Challenge Group Guides).  These guides are program-specific and usually cover a month's time so you can pick and choose a week's worth that you will use in your group. Your Challenge Group is now ready to add new Challengers into!

 

DAY 4:

  1. You should begin you own Beachbody program – while your package should arrive by now, you can also access your program online.  You’ll need to be able to experience what your customers will, so look over the meal plan and put your grocery shopping list together.  Look over the workout schedule and prepare your workout space.  Plan to begin it full force next week.

  2. Start posting about your journey. Create a post that announces that you have joined Team Titanium. If your coach has created a welcome post, that's a great way to do it - share the post and express your excitement about joining the team, sharing your own personal motivation/goals. 

 

DAY 5:

  1. Begin to plan your 5 Day Clean Eating Challenge Group

    1. Promote Your Challenge

    2. Select Your Menu

    3. Set Up Your Facebook Group (you should have already begun this step on Day 3)

    4. Schedule Daily Posts 

  2. Start inviting people to your Facebook Challenge Group using the 5 Step Invitation Process, tweaked a bit with your own excitement and wording.  Watch this video on how to master inviting.  As a general rule, 10% of the people you invite will join you.  Everyone you invite is not going to join your group, but you are not in the business of  “selling” or “convincing” everyone…just enjoy and serving the people who are ready, willing, and excited about doing something new and fun with their fitness.  There are people waiting for what you are offering, and you do your part by simply inviting and serving them inside your Challenge Group

  3. Keep posting daily about your journey.
